Art of Locs Cancellation Policy At Art of Locs, we value both your time and ours. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we kindly ask that you follow our cancellation guidelines: 1. 24-Hour Notice • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee. 2. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service before any future booking is accepted. 3. Late Arrivals • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a fee may apply. 4. Deposits • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if proper notice is given. 5.
